I have the same thing happening to me, it might be tinnitus or the hairs in your ears may have been flattened, if so it should go soon. Good
- Why does my iPhone 4s' ear speaker not work after iOS 6 update? No sooner did I update the iPhone to iOS 6, the ear piece in the device stopped working. The loud speaker works fine.
