Why do I have to reset my old iPhone when I switched to my old Droid on Sprint?
So, I had a really fun time switching from my iPhone 5c back to my old Galaxy S2 Droid fr an upcoming trip overseas. Basically, I wanted to use the old Droid in case it was lost or stolen. Just before activation, I was given this message:

"Reset your old Apple device
Important information about moving from an Apple device.
Print the following tutorial so you can reset your old device once your swap is complete.
After you have activated your new device and transferred your information, be sure to reset your old device. To receive the Sprint Buyback credit, you must remove your personal information."

It then walked me through a tutorial explaining that I needed to turn my iPhone 5c back on and essentially find the "Reset iPhone" option in settings. Why is this necessary, and will I face network problems if I don't do this when I switch back to the iPhone?
Because iphones have security that makes sure only your password can access it. So they want you to wipe it first.
- Why does my iphone battery run down when it is switched off? I charged my iphone 3gs just before i went to bed last night and then switched it off (the battery was at 85%) but when i woke up this morning and switched it on it was down to 20% why does it run down so fast if it wasn't even on!
- Just switched my number to a new iphone, but my old phone still works? I just went and started an individual plan and got a new iphone 5, and they carried over my number from the virgin mobile prepaid i had before. My new iphone can make calls and send and receive texts… But so can my old phone. And when i called my cell number using my house phone, my old phone rang, but my new iphone didn't. Do i have to like cancel service or something? I'm confused about what to do, the guys at apple didn't mention anything about it.

- Iphone 3gs got switched off while jailbreaking and not getting switched on? I have jailbreaked my iphone 3gs with redsnow. During the last step of process in DFU mode or installing cydia it got switched off suddenly. And i tried to switch on it again. But it is not getting switched on. What is the solution for it.
