Why do people love and hate Apple?
If you love it, tell why, if you hate it tell why. I own Mac, iPhone, iPad Retina and Mini and it is great for my career as an app designer. I don't understand all of the Mac Hate, they make a great product
I don't know why
I don't hate it. I use an iPod but I don't own any other products. I love my PC desktop and laptop and my Blackberry phone.
It's not everyone's cup of tea. Nothing more, nothing less.
Well I personally prefer android/google/pc stuff because you get more freedom. I have also heard they are better for gaming. My friend says he likes apples because they are simple and easy to use.
I'm a computer scientist and I hate Apple software, especially iTunes software. It's full of bugs, wipes your music off when you don't expect it and doesn't work very well. It's been like this for years. If my husband did not buy me an iPod mini, I'd throw it out the window. I would not want to hurt his feelings. I've never seen such 1990's software on other products. Too many bugs. My son has a Mac and he likes it, but eventually split his hard drive in two and loaded Windows on it so he could use software that Autodesk uses. Most scientists use Macs to look cool and then load Linux onto it. It's pretty to look at, but useless. All of it. I just answered a question for a guy that lost all his songs on his iPhone. The products look sleek and the iPad 2 is better than the Nook, but it's overpriced and I went for the Nook HD+.It has more memory, the ability to put a microcard in it for yet more memory, etc. The products look promising, but the software to run it all is totally old and backwards… With tons of bugs. It's overpriced too.
Some of us don't like an environment where our every move is controlled by Apple. Apple creates products where every aspect of what you do is controlled the way they want, and you have to pay for everything. I don't need Apple telling me what computer I can and can't use for my media, or when and when I can't use this or that program. Apple's support for their legacy hardware is non-existent, and most of their newer software requires a new computer to run it. Also, their stuff is just too expensive, and their computers are impossible to really upgrade. That's the main reason I ditched my Apple equipment years ago, freedom.
Well i don't like apple because of how they operate. They have the worst business practices then any other electronic company in existence. They use the courts to put themselves ahead and stifle other companies or even put them out of business.
Apple is single handedly holding back innovation. All other companies work together to further technology, while apple holds everyone back.
And on top of that, there's nothing real great about apple products. I mean you can always find better alternatives that are better in almost every category for the same price if not cheaper.
There are tons of android phones that destroy the iphone.
There are plenty of android tablets that destroy the ipads.
The ipods are something apple has that are good (and i have an ipod touch), but now with smart phones, you really don't need an ipod anymore.
And as for macs, the only benefit is the mac OSX, which is great for less tech savvy people, and that is their only selling point.
so i'm not sure why anyone with a functional brain would "love" apple to be honest.
I used to love macs and mac products, but as a got more into computers I realized what was going on. People love macs because they're nice, simple and intuitive. However, if you look at the tech specs, it is no competition. I ordered a Qosmio gaming computer, one that costed roughly $1, 400.It was extremely powerful. Some of the tech specs include 16GB of ram, over 1, 000 GB of memory and a 17.3 inch 1080p screen. For the same price, you can get a macbook air with 4GB of ram, only 256 GB of memory and a 13-inch screen that doesn't render very good graphics. In addition, this macbook air has an Intel i5 processor, one that is very outdated and slow. The newest one is Intel i7, and this Qosmio had it. So yes, you're paying for something that looks all cool because it's chrome and is intuitive, but when you really get down to it, there's no competition. Plus, there are barely any different types of macs, while there are hundreds of different types of PCs.
- Why do some people love to hate on Apple products? Especially guys. I know lots of guys who say Apple is overpriced and not that good. I have a macbook that is almost 4 years old and still works like it's brand new. Before I had to buy new laptops every 2 years because they became slow and these laptops cost the same as my mac. Also, I have the iPad and the Galaxy tablet and the iPad is way better. I'm even switching back to the iphone because the galaxy 4 is annoying.
- Why do so many people hate on Apple? Not really here to say they're better than any other company out there, but I'm just curious why there are people that seem to bash on Apple for being Apple. What is wrong with people liking Mac? What is wrong with liking iPhone? If a person can afford it then what's the problem?
- Why do people LOVE or HATE iPhones? - 1 Why do people love or hate Apple products? I mean if you prefer Android phone over iPhone it doesn't mean you gotta be a rip on every product you think isn't quite as good. It's like people hate Apple for no apparent reason. Or just cause they are popular or pricier. Does it really matter? Can't we all just get along?
- Why do people love apple macs? I agree the iphone is great but the mac is so annoying, everyone I know really doesn't like it, you can't even right click? I'm not trying to be horrible I was just wondering ok
