Why does my internet disconnect for a few seconds and then reconnect?

I have had this problem for months now, and I haven't had any luck with fixing it.
We have gone through 4 different routers and 2 different modems.
I have tired disabling stuff and uninstalling and reinstalling drivers.
This happens on all devices: ipods, xbox, computer, laptop, iphones.
Does anyone know why this is?!

How often does this happen?
One of your computers may actually have a virus that is affecting the router. Try downloading an anti-virus on all your computers and see if it finds anything. If it doesn't, then you should call your service provider (Verizon, Comcast, etc)

DSL, Cable, Fiber
Bandwidth
Speedtest
DNS check
Distance from router.
Interference ie tonnes of devices or wiring in walls, steel beams
How many devices connected at once.
Number of bars on Wi-Fi icon
Etc etc. You need to provide more detailed info

Change Router Channel

This happens about 5-6 times a day, as far as I know.
I have changed the router channel many times, still nothing.
Number of bars on the Wi-Fi icon is usually 1-2 on my phone.
Speedtest: Ping, 70. Download Speed, 2.33 mbps. Upload speed, 1.39mbps

Could be a bad cable wire or a damaged
or corrupted Winsock

Try this

Bring up the Elevated Command Prompt
and Run As Administrator, then type in the window

netsh winsock reset

After it states it was successful, then Restart the
pc and wait FIVE FULL MINUTES, then try to connect
to the internet. Your internet should now work
