Why does my iphone 5 home button feel loose and make noise?

My iPhone 5 home button feels loose and only after 2 weeks i've never dropped and i don't push the button down hard at all please help me solve this or should i just take it to apple?

How much pressure have you been applying to it?
if you're putting more than 14 PSI on it that may be the problem.
If you're pressing it in the worng way at a curve of more than 67-89º, Could be the problem,
If you're Holding it down for too long (longer than 6.9 seconds at a time) could be the problem.

Too many possible causes to be determined, If it still works I wouldn't worry about it.

It must be broken, contact the distributer for replacement.

  • Would the apple store be able to quickly fix a slightly loose iphone home button? I recently bought an iphone and the home button has the slightest give that really irritates me. I want it to be perfectly screwed in so that when you press the button it is nice and seamless. If i brought it in to the apple store would they immediately take care of this minor issue?
  • Why is my iPhone 5s home button making a weird noise? I know that its a button and that its supposed to click, and it did in the beginning. My phone is less than 4 months old, and recently when pushing the button it makes a cracking or crunching noise. Even if I just push down lightly, like to use the finger scanner it makes the crunching/cracking noise? I know it didn't make this noise in the beginning? Is this normal? Thanks! Apple always has a 1 year warranty right? So, would my phone still be covered?
  • Why does my iPhone 5s home button feel weird? So I've had my iPhone 5s for about 2 months now, and it works perfectly fine. Only problem I have is that I feel as if the home button is not working properly. It feels unsteady and weird. When I push it down, it feels as if you have to sort of force it. Does anyone else have this problem?
  • Why does my brand new iPhone charger make noise? It makes an electrical hissing noise. The charger is close to my bed and it woke me up. (It's 2 am where I live.) I haven't dropped it or anything. This has never happened with an iPhone charger before. It's brand new! );
