Why does my iphone 6 freeze when its connected to a charger?
Recently I used an aftermarket charger to charge my iphone 6, it worked fine but as soon as i unplugged it to make a call and try to charge it again it didn't want to charge instead I got the message that the cable isn't certified by apple. Afterwards when i tried to use an actual apple one it didn't want to charge at all. I tried multiple cables and nothing. I figured the port might have been damaged, but when the iphone is off and i plug it in, it starts to turn on and it freezes at the black apple logo. Even after unplugged it remains frozen. I tried to plug it into my computer but still no luck
Did you make sure the charger had enough power to charge the iPhone? There needs to be a certain amount of amps and voltage for it to work properly for any charger to any device. If the charger is less then the phone requires the charger may not work and may mess up the phone because it's trying to charge.
i would only get an apple wall charger to charge phones. For the small phone charge, it's only $20 i believe at apple.com.
the only thing i can recommend is if you can turn it on at all, is reset it. Hopefully you back up your phone periodically so you don't lose anything important. Apps can be re downloaded, even ones you paid for. But it's easier if you backed it up at all to iTunes recently.
otherwise, if you can't get it to turn on, your only option is to take it to an Apple store or a store that repairs phones like Best Buy or whatever carrier service you have, Verizon, ATT, etc.

Hi, The Problem is - i set up a wireless network today for my Iphone 5 and my blackberry, from my main desktop at home, and all went well and Both are connected to it, as well as my laptop. But now whenever i try using the internet on these devices ( iphone etc ) it does not work, although the main desktops internet is working… Can anyone help me? I'm using WINDOWS 7.

My phone fell in the toilet so i put it in rice… And then it was fine so then i put my charger in and it wouldn't fit… So i took tweezers and got the the rice that was stuck out and i put my charger in and it finally fit but it will not charge what should i do? - Why does my Youtube freeze so much on my iPhone when I drive? I like to listen to youtube videos when I drive, but for some reason, the videos pause. I've tried turning off Wi-Fi, but still don't know why it does this? The videos sometimes play perfectly well, it's just hit/miss. Any advice? I have an iPhone 4s and use the Youtube app.
