Why does my iPhone have no service?
I have an iPhone 4 which I haven't used for a while, I tried using a few different sim cards in it and it keeps searching for signal but then saying no service, it is updated to the latest software and I'm wondering if this can be fixed?
What did they say when you called them?
It could be locked to a specific network which SIM you haven't tried as yet. If it is locked then only a SIM from that carrier would work (assuming the SIM itself is activated)
- Why does my old iPhone still have service? I activated my new iphone and when i turn on my old iphone it still says "Verizon" at the top left hand corner. Why is this? I already activated my new iphone and all the calls go to my new phone so why does the old one still have service?
- Why does my iPhone say I have no cellular service? I'm connected to Wi-Fi right now. Every time I go somewhere else 3G pops up and when I open Safari it says my device has no cellular data. Are you only allowed to use Wi-Fi for internet on iPhones?
- Why does my iPhone 6S Plus not have service? I just got the new iPhone and it came with a verizon SIM card in it already. I then switched it with my Metro PCS SIM card and it was working. Then I left it on my desk and when I woke up the next morning, i had no service. I reset the network settings and restarted my phone. Can someone help me please.
- Why does my iPhone 4 say No Service but also 3g works and so does SMS? Since this afternoon, my iPhone just said No Service. 3g is also show, and SMS works fine! What's wrong? I have ATT if it matters
