Why does my iPhone sometimes not get messages?
So sometimes when I'm using my iPhone 5, people will text me and I won't get them until i turn my phone off and on or if i text someone else. I do not know if it is the service or what but its really annoying? Do you have any suggestions as to what it is or how to fix it or if it happens to you?
If this is a constant issue, like 3-10 times a day where you have to reboot the phone (ANY PHONE), then either 1) its a network issue or 2) your radio has major issues…
call your wireless carrier to report it… If all is fine, you get a free warranty replacement
Ring your provider explain to them. They will do a diagnostic on your phone.
If there's something wrong with your phone or the network they will tell you what's the best thing to do
- Why on my iphone does it sometimes show texts in green, and sometimes in red? I have a iphone 4s, my son has iphone 5. Sometimes when i text him, the text appears in green, and sometimes it appears in blue. Does anyone know why this is?

- Why does my iPhone sometimes send texts to other iPhones as iMessages then regular texts to iPhones? Like when I send a text to my friend that has an iphone, it usually sends as an iMessage then it will randomly send as just a regular text and it will be green and not blue.
