Why does my music still play from my iPhone when plugged into a dock?
I have an iphone five and have purchased an adaptor cable. It comes up to say it's charging (plugged in) but when i play music it does not play thruogh the dock, instead through the normal speakers of the iphone, any help?
Try going into music when its plugged into the dock and pause the music playing, thats what happens to me and then i pause the music and its fine

- Will my iphone loose all it's music if plugged into a new computer? My brother gave me his iphone, but i'm afraid to plug it into my computer because i did this with an ipod and all the stuff got erased. I really don't want to loose all his music. Is there a way to get around that?
- Why won't my new iphone 5 download my music when plugged into my laptop? My old iphone 4 downloaded just fine. Normally I take the music I didn't buy from itunes and just "select all then drag and drop into my iphone folder thing on iTunes" and it would be added and it was easy for me to do this, is this now not working because I have IOS 7? Everytime I try to drag my music into the iphone place like I used to it just won't let me. What do I do?
- Why will my iPhone only charge when plugged into my laptop? I've swapped cords, outlets etc. It's just something with the darn phone. Help! To explain further I have swapped outlets, cord etc. This means that I have taken another iphone and a different charger and attempted to charge them. Other iphones work, just not mine, Mine will only charge at my laptop.
- Why does my iPhone 5s have no sound when plugged into headphones? I have tried all of my head phones and still no sound. It works fine when you take the headphones out.
