Why does my nephew's Iphone have my stuff as well?

My nephew and I both have the Iphone 5. For a good while he was using my apple account so he could download games, since he didn't have his own account. So every time he downloaded a game it would automatically download onto my phone as well. A few months ago he finally made his own apple account. Just recently I realized that both our phones share all the same contacts, messages, and phone calls. Any time someone calls me he also receives the call. Anytime I receive a text message he also receives it. I have no idea what's going on. Anything that I have on my phone his will also automatically have it. I don't know what to do.

Just logout from the apple account

Open iTunes on your computer and go to account settings. You can "unassociate" devices with your account; so just make sure your nephew's iPhone is unassociated.

A little while later he received a message on his phone that says: "Phone number added to "noahs ipod". "noahs ipod" is now using =1. ### (nephew's phone number) for iMessage".
