Why does my sound on my iphone 4s not work?
My iphone 4s sound doesn't work all of a sudden. I can call people and pick up with sound, but my music and videos and, snap chats don't work. What do I have to do to make it work?
Make sure the music application u r using is not muted
There are separate volume controls for your ringing volume, calls volume and media volume. Start some media and turn the volume up. Hopefully your volume is just turned down all the way and you can turn it back up when you are using that feature.
Turn the phone completely off and back on again. If that does not work try resetting. If does not sound that hardware problem.
