Why does only my right headphone on my iPhone?

So both of my headphone work when I plug them into my computer or others peoples iPods, but only the right headphone works ony iPhone. Why and how can I fix it?

It might be a problem with the iphone jack. Maybe try finding a different set of headphones? Although I doubt that would fix it.

There's something wrong with the iPhone's jack aka the hole you plug the headphones into. Take it to apple to see if they can fix it or give you a new one.

The audio jack on your iPhone is broken. You can either get a new iPhone or find a specialist to fix it

Because they're broke? Buy some new ones…

That is WEIRD. I'm guessing maybe you are using an older set of headphones on a newer iphone or visa versa? When I use my older charger from my iphone 3gs in my newer 4gs phone, it charges, but turns all the sound off on my phone… I don't know it's weird.

  • Why isn't my right earbud working in my iPhone only? I have a pair of Bose earbuds and recently I have been having problems with them. The right earbud in them has not been working but it's only the right one and only in my iPhone. It has been working in every other earbud on my iPhone though the earbuds have been working properly, so what's the problem of my bose earbuds
  • Why doesn't my right headphone doesn't make sound? I have the iPhone 7 EarPods (not the Bluetooth ones ) They were working just fine until one day I realized that there was no sound coming out of the right side. I already cleaned it but doesn't work. How do I fix this?
  • Why can my iphone only play music with just the right bud/speaker on headphones? I've had the Iphone 4 for a bit now and recently i noticed that the left bud on one of my headphones don't work. I thought it was my headphones so i went out and bought a new pair. Only the right one works in those as well. I tried others too and then when the another person tries the same headphones on their ipod both work. What exactly is the problem and how can i fix it?
  • Somehow, a huge piece of the headphone jack got stuck in the headphone port, and I can't find any I think the headphone type is just a normal iPhone headphone. So ground, audio, mic and some of the plastic, or whatever it is, around it, got stuck in there, and it's not super deep, probably because it's almost the whole headphone jack, but it's still in there. Someone please help! I can't find anything! It's just the headphone jack tip that got stuck for everyone else! It's a laptop.
