Different design system. And obviously iPhones are for kids, they have more games than Windows or Android.
Because IOS is another operating system and android is another so the games do not work in different operating system.
They are made by different companies, which means they also have different app stores. Also both devices use different(ish) technology so the programmers of the app would have to program it for both, and considering how much more popular the idevices are, the programmers will probably make the app for iphone and not android.
so iphone probably has more apps, so I would go with that if you are planning on buying one

Apps are always released on iphone first, and updates always go to iphone first (this is because iphone apps make far more money then any other platform, and people also use iphones far more then other platforms).
Its also common to find the same apps on both platforms, and then realize the android version is far outdated. Seen this multiples times now.
- Why they make PC games but no Mac games? A Mac Pro has a lot more power than most gaming PCs. Its performance will embarrass both consoles and PCs. I don't even have to use a Mac Pro as an example. Just look at an Iphone. The ios version of Grand Theft Auto 3 looks better than the PS2 version. And its not even a console! Its a phone!
