Why doesn't my volume on my iPhone work?
I tried to watch videos and listen to music but it's silent and I can't hear anything. Also I just found out the ring tone sound works. Why is that and how could I get my volume back?

- Why doesn't my iPhone 4S volume bar don't work? Okay so I found out like three days ago that my volume doesn't work like once I try pressing on the + or - on the volume it just says ringer and it doesn't go high or low, it also doesn't work for like an app example vine or fun run, or music. I tried going to settings, general, reset, and reset all settings and its still not working.
- Where do I take my iPhone 5 if the volume down button doesn't work? I got the phone like 5 months ago and the button has been broken for about 2 months but now that it's summer and I have more time for music/phone in general it's starting to make me very angry. So would I take it to the Apple store or the Verizon store where I bought the phone?
