Why is my iphone 4 battery so quick to run out?
I just got a new iphone 4, i have downloaded the new ios6 software as soon as i go the phone, the phone is fantastic, but the battery does not last long at all.
I find my iPhone 4 battery lasts longer than my iPhone 3G did, but it still only lasts a day/day and a half. If you download the BatteryDoctor app, it has loads of good tips on how to lengthen the battery life, eg reduce the brightness of the screen. It also has a feature to do a 'full cycle charge' which in the long run makes your battery last longer.
When you have the brightest setting or the screen it is better to have it plugged in and then when your out unplugged use it sparingly
Short battery life is a known problem with IOS6. But a phone that worked properly wouldn't be cool. Apple makes a fortune by ripping off the naive. Did you want to borrow my Android tablet with the accurate maps?
