Why is my iphone and laptop can't connect to Wi-Fi?
I'm staying in a hotel for 5 days, and for some reason I can't connect to the Wi-Fi, none works (Iphone and laptop)! I went to the reception and she told me the router works perfectly fine. Her iphone is perfectly connected to the Wi-Fi. I ask to some of the other guest of the hotel and some say it works for them and some doesn't. Why is that? Is it because I'm from another country? But it should work cuz it's an iphone! As for my laptop, I don't know why.

Your devices are on airplane mode perhaps? Just a guess.
Most places like that have a webpage that you would be directed to about accepting the terms & conditions. Try to find it.
- Why won't my Iphone 4s connect to my new HP laptop? I just bought my laptop about 2 days ago and i downloaded itunes. As soon as i plugged in my iphone, a background noise popped up, and nothing happened. So i opened itunes and it would not show my iphone. Also in my computer, it did not register it either. PS: i know its not a faulty cord, because i tried 3 different ones, and every time i plug it in or unplug it makes that background noise.

I have a toshiba satellite laptop on windows 8, I've tried to connect my iphone up to my laptop so that I can connect it to iTunes but every time I try to connect it up it connects for a second gets to the charging screen for a second and disconnects again and does that over and over again. So it basically just will not connect properly to my laptop at all. Does anyone know what this could be? Or know how to fix this problem?

All other devices such as laptops, phones and tablets connects just fine. I tried connecting it to my iphone's hotspot and it works. I tried to unistall and reinstall the wireless adapter but still won't work. I also tried to reboot the router and even tried to change the channel but still failed to make it work. Do you have any other way to make it work? I have windows 7 on my desktop.
