Why is my iphone freezing and glitching?
I got a new iPhone 6 for christmas and it won't stop freezing and glitching. I've tried shutting it down and turning it back on. And i also tried resetting the network settings but it hasn't made a diference. Does anyone know how i can fix this?
ps. I've never dropped it, gotten it wet, or damaged it in any way.
Take it in to the apple store and they might give you a new one. Back it up on your computer first.
Do a factory reset if it still doesn't work call customer service and ask for a fix or a replacement.
