Why is our generation so messed up?

I'm a 13 year old girl and i just don't understand why:
1.) people kiss their girlfriend/boyfriend in front of everyone in school. I mean in school you can talk, but I don't want to see you trading tongues.
2.) girls where three inches of makeup and think they are pretty when they look like clowns.
3.) boys wear their pants low and look retarded. I don't want to see your underwear and that originated somewhere i don't want to talk about.
4.) the music sucks. I have nothing against these music artists, but some are fake and can't sing.
5.) kids think its cool to not do work and get F's and do drugs and bully.
6.) if kids don't get what they want they get emo and suicidal. Who cries because you don't have an iPhone or that "adorable" shirt.
I understand that there are kids that aren't like this. I love those type of people.

Added (1). It's hard to stop giving a damn about them if they won't stop giving a damn about me.

Added (2). Is there an age requirement to be asking this question? As i said before i can't ignore and live my own life because these people and stuff are getting into my daily life. I'm doing the best i can to ignore them, but they don't ignore me.

Have you heard of evelution? I do not believe we were apes but I do believe that the things around us eveolve the music has the clothing have many things around us have

It was the same when i was at school. All new fashions which kids think are cool and until they see photos of themself 15 years later. Trust me i know i saw a picture of me when i was younger and i had mc hammer trousers on. As for music hip hop was just starting. My advice is just care about your own education and keep with the right people.

You're too young to be asking these questions. Just live your life--and ultimately, don't end up like the people you dislike.

When you're older, you'll understand why. Worrying about it now will only make you regret it later.
