Why is the App Store on my Mac Mini different from that on my iPhone 5?
Well, neither mac mini nor iphone were running on the same operating system
the apps on your iphone are specially made for iOS
in the other hand the apps for mac mini are specially made for mac os x
in the nut shell, both the app store are different.
