Why is there a $175 deductible to replace my iPhone 5s on T-Mobile?
I have the JUMP! Program for insurance. In this program, T-Mobile's website states that you can replace your device for free, so long as you file a damage report.
Accidental damage is included.
If it's "free," why the $175 deductible?! That's pricy for a deductible…
They tried to trick you into thinking that you could replace your phone for free, but under the terms, it does have a $175 deductible.
- Will T-Mobile replace my iPhone? I just got a replacement iPhone 6 and IIm paying the monthly insurance thing(5 bucks I think) and I read that the replacement iPhone has 6 month warranty. I accidentally dropped my iPhone a few days after it arrived and the screen cracked. Will T-Mobile be able to replace the phone without any major fees? Is there anything I can tell them so they won't charge me like 200 bucks? For example if I tell them the battery drains too quick or that it keeps freezing?

- Verizon Insurance Deductible? I have been paying a $10 fee every month for insurance on my white iPhone 4. I dropped it in water today and took it to the store and the employee gave me information to go home and make my claim online. But they are charging a $169 deductible. Do I have to pay that? Is it refundable? I have been paying the $10 a month so I do not see why I have to pay for a new phone
- T Mobile or Verizon. Should I pay T-Mobile 175.00 for an upgrade or 94.00 to Verizon for new phone? I want the iPhone 6s plus. I'm already with t mobile but there internet is a bit slow sometimes. Its the jump plan ill get. Ill pay 12.00 for 24 mo. And if i get a new phone they won't run my credit again. But with verizon they'll run my credit. Is pretty good. But i don't want anybody to really run my credit tho lower it. I'm not sure about verizon internet but the commercials looks pretty good. They bboth have unlimited internet. What should I do?
