Will T-Mobile replace my iPhone? - 1
I just got a replacement iPhone 6 and IIm paying the monthly insurance thing(5 bucks I think) and I read that the replacement iPhone has 6 month warranty. I accidentally dropped my iPhone a few days after it arrived and the screen cracked. Will T-Mobile be able to replace the phone without the $175 deductible? What are my options?
No, the $175 deductible is paid each time the insurance is used for physical and other accidental damage to the phone.
So your options are clear, go to an Apple store and get the screen replaced for $109, that way your warranty will still be covered for any warranty issues that may still come up. The buy a good case.
You can get the screen replaced at any cell phone repair shop, but anyone other than Apple opening the phone, voids your remaining warranty.

In this program, T-Mobile's website states that you can replace your device for free, so long as you file a damage report. Accidental damage is included. If it's "free," why the $175 deductible?! That's pricy for a deductible…
