Why my iphone 5 will not sync with my windows 8?

Guys please help its emergency. When I connect my IPhone to my Pc the internal storage show up then I don't know what to do there, the summary is missing, the sync option both in the itunes is grey out, I already try everything I unistalled it several times and reinstalled it, the usb works well so what should i do guys please help it's emergency please and thanks.

  • Why does windows movie maker not allow me to import videos from my iphone? So basically, when i try to import my video file from my iPhone, this pops out The file C:\Documents and Settings\Moncho1\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\PE8H60J3\IMG_0631[1] is not a supported file type, and it can't be imported into Windows Movie Maker. What is the problem here? Do i need to refresh or do something to my computer? Or do i need to change any formats from my iPhone?
  • My iphone 5 won't sync to windows 8? Ohkay, so I'm trying to sync all my pictures on to my computer, but when I plug in my usb to my computer it's not asking me if I want to sync my pictures. And itunes doesn't automatically pop up like it used to. So I opened my itunes & it doesn't even say my phone is connected. All it's doing is charging it. I want to try to un-install itunes & re-install, but I can't figure out how to do that on Windows 8. Any help would be appreciated.
