Why was my Paypal order cancelled and my transfer failed?

I ordered two iPhone cases during their "free shipping" sale and it's been "Processing" for a long time on Paypal, I checked again today and it said it was Cancelled. I did have enough balance on my account to pay for it so why was it just cancelled? Then later, I transferred $100 and I made the transfer on the same day I ordered the iPhone cases and on the same day I saw that it was cancelled for the cases, it said my transfer had failed. I had enough money in my bank account and I've transferred money before and it worked before. Why did it fail and will I get my $100 back into my bank account?

Paypal is something i wouldn't recommend using.many people i know have trouble with it and i know a lot of people get scammed with it. Maybe try using a different form of payment?

If you had money I'd say it failed at the sellers end. Either they didn't or couldn't accept payment (suspended account or unverified account or they just forgot to accept payment) so the transfer failed. The money will come back to you but it will go onto your PayPal balance, it won't automatically refund back to the original funding source ie your bank account. Click on the actual PayPal transaction under "my account" and see what it says. It does take a few days to come back. Also contact the seller to see why your payment couldn't go through.

  • What does it cancelled mean in my iPhone's call log? Every time I try to call someone in particular it rings for a bit, then I hear three beeps and it says cancelled in the call log instead of outgoing call.

However I still want my number the contract was on, the number isn't on now tho obviously cos they cancelled it. Can they change it to a pay as you go and I can use it? Also is the phone blocked?   • Tipard iphone transfer. I moved files all failed none in my phone but the space is only 50mb left? It worked nice before but now not. itunes always delete my files so don't want to use that. How do people put files into their iphones? Do they all just pay and download because it's way too difficult and stressfull?
  • Iphone apple order, status? And paypal payment? I've ordered a phone on apple which was £699 a couple minutes ago. It says on my paypal pending but apple has given me an email saying its being processed and due to arrive tomorrow. I don't actually have £699 in my paypal or bank until friday. I just tried it and it worked instead of declining. Its done it before but just gone into minus funds on my paypal until money has been put into it. Will i still receive my item tomorrow or not?
