Why won't audio play from my iphone 5?
I have a iphone 5 and a iphone5c and only my iphone 5 seems to have the issue. I can play music with my iphone or use a app to play music such as pandora and such but recently (today at night/ worked perfectly in the day) i can only play just that. When i open youtube the audio sounds scratchy/ metallic. For example when your playing blackops2 and the audio pitch breaks. Sounds like a freaking alien talking with its odd weird mechanical/metallic sounds like a moster speaking. Of course i just turn it off/reset. So i tried that for my iphone 5. I did a hard reset were i hold the home bottom and power bottom and nothing happened. I tried unplugging and plugging my headphones in. So using headphones always worked and i nevet had a issue with my headphones. I use a pair of DR DEE BEATS. I player a game called "clash of clans" and only the music plays. Sound effects are gone. Don't know if that is related at all. All games that i play are similar. Only music, no audio.
On the bottom of the iPhone, there's a speaker to the left of the dock connector and a microphone to the right. There's an additional loudspeaker above the screen that serves as an earpiece during phone calls. The iPhone 4 includes an additional microphone at the top of the unit for noise cancellation, and switches the placement of the microphone and speaker on the base on the unit-the speaker is on the right. Volume controls are located on the left side of all iPhone models and as a slider in the iPod application.

The 3.5mm TRRS connector for the headphones is located on the top left corner of the device for the first five generations original through 4S, after which time it was moved to the bottom left corner. The headphone socket on the 1st-generation iPhone is recessed into the casing, making it incompatible with most headsets without the use of an adapter. Subsequent generations eliminated the problem by using a flush-mounted headphone socket. Cars equipped with an auxiliary jack allow handsfree use of the iPhone while driving as a substitute for Bluetooth.
- Why won't YouTube won't play videos on my iPhone? My phone randomly stopped playing YouTube videos. It just shows that it is loading and never play. I have great Wi-Fi connection. Every other app including Netflix runs smoothly. It doesn't work on the app or browser. I cleared the cache on my browser. I reset my phone. My phone and the app are updated completely. I have no idea what to do.
- Why won't songs play good on my iPhone 5 but play normal on iTunes? When I download music and import it to iTunes, They play fine and normal but as soon as i put them on my iPhone they sound scratchy or like if they were getting fast forwarded. I don't think it's my iPhone because I've put songs in it before but this just started happening today. What's the problem, How do i fix this?
- Why won't my iPhone record audio when I take a video? Every time I try to record a video with my iPhone it won't pick up the audio. All I here is this static noise. Sometimes I can barley hear my voice behind all the static. It just randomly started happening. When I record in voice memo it picks up my voice just fine. Phone calls work fine too. It just doesn't work when I try to take a video.
- My Iphone 4s only plays audio when I try to play videos? I have downloaded many different video players through cydia including VLC and all i get is audio. I also converted the files to almost every file type and got the same. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING! I'm so frustrated that I left android to try out an iphone and this is what I get. Any help would be very appreciated.
