Why won't my iPhone notify me when I get a new email?
Me and my mum got iPhone 5c's the other day and none of us are receiving our emails. I've made sure the fetch data thing is on and its on manual and everything but still we aren't receiving the emails. Please help us. We want to be notified of an email straight away when its sent to us.
1. Go to Settings>Sounds>New Mail> Set a tone.
2. Go to Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>Fetch New Data>Push ON>Fetch: Every 15 Minutes.
I have done that and it still is not working
