Why won't't my messages go back to iMessage?
My friend and i both have iPhone 4s', and I sent her a text message a few days ago. But even when we both have wi-fi it still sends as a text message. How can i put it back to iMessage?
Go to settings > messages > turn off iMessage then turn it back on
Then go back to your texts with her, if the send button is blue then try it out. If not try turning your phone off and back on. Have your friend do the same
- Why is my iPhone5 sending some messages as iMessage and others as Text Messages? I understand that messages are sent as Text Messages when there's no signal or poor Wi-Fi connection. However, I'm successfully texting some people using iMessage but others (still iPhone users) as Text messages. The other person will send iMessages and then my responses will be sent as green Text Messages.
- Why do iPhone messages come up as picture messages on other phones? When my friend sends me texts, she has an iphone, they come up as picture messages and i can't revieve them on my phone because my plan doesn't cover picture messages. Can she change the settings so it won't come up as a picture?
- Why did my text messages disappear after I turned my iphone back on after it it had been powered down for the night? Okay, so I'm new to iphone this is my first one and it's the iphone6. Last night I powered it down for the night, and when I woke up a d turned it back on and unlocked the lock screen and went to my home screen it said I had two text messages and before I could click on it they disappeared. So where did they go and is there any way to find them?
- Why am I not receiving text messages because of iMessage? When I have my iMessage on, I'm not receiving texts from my iPhone using friends who have their iMessage OFF. But if I turn my iMessage off, then I don't receive texts from my friends that have their iMessage ON. Is there a way to fix this? Is there a way I can receive texts from everyone while my iMessage is on, regardless if their iMessage is on or off?
