Wi-Fi connected but no internet

My Wi-Fi has been fine before and today, then around 3pm it just stopped working. I still have the Wi-Fi symobol on my phone and tablet but internet does not work (I'm using Data right now… ) It's the same thing on my moms phone too. I rebooted it twice by the switch and that ALWAYS works but it hasn't this time… Could it just be my cable company not working right? I have Direct TV

I don't have a computer btw just a tablet and my iPhone

Why hasn't it been working?

Yes. Contact the Wi-Fi provider or wait for them to fix it.

Step one: Reset the internet control box.
if needed go to step two.

Step two: Call your provider for assistance

Well you see, my friend. If your internet is not working but your Wi-Fi is connected it is probably because a gremlin has eaten the cables for your Wi-Fi. If you want them to stop all you have to do is call the gremlinbusters, If you Really want the problem to stop you will find their number, but they only fix the damage caused by the gremlins. Contrary to their name, you will have to "bust" the gremlins. To bust a gremlin follow these steps.

Step 1: bake cookies. (gremlins will be attracted to the smell)
Step 2: put cookies into a large sack and leave it open.
Step 3: wait (note: gremlins LOVE barely so use a Barley sack)
Step 4: when the Gremlin shows up, catch him in the sack (gremlins look like Shriveled turnips)
Step 5: If this fails, They are onto you now. So follow next steps carefully.

Part 2: How to flee
Step 1: Leave your home immediately
Step 2: Fly to Romania (The Gremlins natural Predictor lives there)
Step 3: Assume one of these following identity.
