Will a iphone 5s bought from US work in india with vodafone sim card?
I'm going to US next week anddm thing of buying iphone 5s from there as it is cheaper compared to india! So if i buy a 5s from there will it work here in india? And what type of 5s do i have to buy and where will i be able to buy it?
Hope when you say its cheaper that you aren't looking at the $199, 299, 399 prices because those are for 2 year contracts, open to Americans only. You'd have to pay for the unlocked models which are $649, 749, 849.
Those will work with any SIM card in the world.
In simple words it works only if it is factory unlocked!
Buy an iphone 5 on contract. Before going back to India visit in Apple's franchise nearest you and tell them I have to go India for few months and I want to use Iphone there. They will recharge you $45 to $60 and your device will be unlocked.
- Would it be okay to put a Vodafone SIM card into a new Iphone X? I'm thinking about buying a sim free Iphone x then putting my current vodafone sim card into it. Would this cause any problems or eould it be okay? Id have to buy a new SIM card contract the year after, but I don't mind having to do that.

- Will cutting my sim card work to use as a micro sim card? I just ordered an iPhone 4 and I need to cut the sim card to make it a Micro sim. Will it affect it. I have seen a bunch of video and already have the template it for it. I'm using simple mobile. Do you know if anything wrong happen to it?
- Will a vodafone uk locked iphone 4s work properly in india? Buying a cell from a friend. Its an iphone 4s. But its vodafone uk locked. Can i unlock it here in goa? And will it work properly without any problems?
