Will a Verizon Iphone 4 work on tmoible?
I'm going to get it unlocked will the tmoible sim still fit in the iphone. Its esn if that matters.
ESN is Electronic Serial Number, identifies that particular phone. Has nothing to do with carrier, unless its been reported stolen. Carriers then block that ESN and it will not work on any network.
Once its unlocked, it would work, provided the ESN is still good.
You need to know two things first. It needs to be at least the iphone 4s as the regular 4 doesn't take a sim. You also need to know if tmobile even offers micro sim cards or nano sim cards if youre looking at a iphone 5 because I don't think any of their current line take that type of sim card.
The iPhone 4 is either GSM or CDMA. Verizon being a CDMA network sells CDMA iPhone 4s, therefore it will not have a SIM slot for a T-Mobile or any other SIM.

Which it is not. ESN is the Electronic Serial Number. Every phone has one, but no phone is one. That's like saying I'm a fingerprint.
Since the T-Mobile is a ***GSM*** phone and Verizon uses ***CDMA*** for their iPhone 4, it will not work.
