Will apple care replace my iPhone?

If my iPhones service is off due to non payment and i lose it, can i still get a new one from the apple care i purchased when i first bought it?

If you have a 1 year or 2 year warranty they will give you a new phone or they will fix it for you

Apple will only replace if you have the product with you but did you loose the phone if so then you will not get a new one if you forgot to pay just go to your carrier and fix it hope this helps

I don't thinks thats how it works but if you do lets say get a screen cracked then yes I think you can get it replaced.

I'm not sure I understand your question. But if you bought apple care from apple and you lost your phone it does not matter if you paid. Apple care through apple does not cover lost phones. So no they will not replace your phone.

I think what he is asking is if your phone is messed up i.e. Water damaged and no longer working, cracked screen, or other applicable damage that could be done will the whole phone be replaced or just the damaged area… Unless in my case water damage and wondering if they will still replace it if I have apple care… Also say if I have cspire back home and I messed my phone up on vacation can I go to any cspire location and get a new cell phone?
