Will apple cover this with applecare on my iphone 5?
I bought an iPhone 5 off Craigslist and it uses Sprint and has no Sim Card. The only problem is that the phone shuts off ***SOMETIMES*** not always at low battery. Sometimes it shuts off at 30, other times at 20. I have applecare until November. When my iphone 4 screen wouldn't turn on, the apple store gave me a new one for free. Will they do the same for my iphone 5?
If it was never jailbroke and has no water damage, they should replace it with a referb
Back up your phone in itunes then restore device as new. Don't put back up on and use the phone to see if it works ok without your stuff on it. If it still shuts off then take it to the apple store.
- Will AppleCare Plus cover my shattered iPhone 4 screen? I dropped my phone and the screen shattered. I have AppleCare Plus and they replaced my phone when it fell in the toilet. Do you think they'll replace it for this? If not, how much does an iPhone 4 cost now? $49.99?
- Will apple still cover me with their 1 year apple warranty? My uncle gave me his iPhone 4S as a gift, it has warranty until November 2013 and for some reason the phone turns off by itself about every 3 hours! The phone does not have any water damage as the water indicators are white, will apple still cover me on fixing it or giving me another one since I'm not the original owner but the phone is still under their warranty!
- Will Apple replace my iPhone 5 if I have Applecare+? I have an iPhone 5 with Applecare+. Aren't they discontinued? Would the store give me a 5C or 5S? Or do they keep NEW 5's in stock? I'm replacing it because the battery life is horrible… There's no water damage or anything like that. It is a 64GB white model. It also cuts off randomly and has some glitches. Can't say I know what is going on with it. If you could answer these questions it would be awesome!
