Will apple give me a new iPhone if? - 1
So, i got an iPhone 4 but it was not from Apple. I got it from someone i no longer have any contact at all with and they got it from AT&T. My iphone has issues that it only turns on to the logo or it says " connect to iTunes" and when i try to restore it, it says Error. I put it into DFU mode a million times. I've tried everything to fix it but nothing works. I even took it to a person that's special with phones, and he kept it for a week to try & fix it & he told me that what my phone has can only be fixed by getting a new one. He also told me that since my phone has never been taken to Apple for a new one, i can just go get a new one now. But i have no proof of purchase BUT the box. I have all the phone codes and stuff. So i was wondering if Apple will give me a new one and if it's free. If not, how much? I'm going on vacation in two weeks and desperately need my phone!

- Will apple give me a new iphone? I have an iPhone 5s and the headphone jack has stopped working. I have cleaned it out but still nothing. I looked online and people said take it into apple because I still have warranty on the device but will they give me a new phone or fix it one the spot? If they do give me a new phone, will I be able to pick a different colour?
- Will Apple give me a new iPhone if? If I have Apple Care, and something goes wrong with my iPhone that is not my fault what happens? For example, my iPhone speakers stopped working suddenly. What do I do? Will Apple give me a new phone? I have the 4s.
- Will apple give me a new iphone 5 charger? I have warrenty on my iphone 5. When i charge it and move the phone just a bit it will stop charging then charge then stop all at the same time. I know for sure its the usb because i tried it with a diffrent head i tried it with the iphone 4 head and it was still retarded. Will apple give me a free charger if i go in
- Will an apple store give me a new iphone if my battery is bad? I bought an iphone 5 in March, and since I updated to ios 7, my battery drains super fast. I could leave my phone sitting and it will lose lots of battery. Sometimes I'll be at 40% and my phone will die, and once I plug my charger in, it will say I'm still at 40%. I've heard this could he battery failure or something. If I went to my local apple store, will I be able to get a new one? And Yes, I did purchase apple care warranty.
