Will apple replace my iPhone 5? - 1
Hi, I bought my iPhone 5 a month ago on eBay under warranty, and it has a loose lock button which is really annoying it always rattles when I pick the phone up, shake it or receive a text. I have proof of purchase and everything I'm just wondering if I pop into a apple store would they replace it for me. Also do I have to call and make an appointment before I go to the store. Thanks

You bought a "used" phone a month ago, not a new one.
If you have the original receipt. Then you can take it to an apple store. They should replace it. Or they might just try to repair it. Best to go there and have a chat with them. Ask them what options you have
