Will Apple replace my iPhone 5c? - 2
I bought an iPhone 5c of eBay (new) 5 months on the screen has become loose and creaks a lot. I brought it to an apple store and the worker said they will fix it for free even if I didint buy it from an apple store ( he said aslong as it was an apple product they will fix it for free) I was really surprised at this. Will they replace my screen or give me a new phone?
Whatever it takes to fix it
Don't be surprised when you go back and they ask for the original receipt?
then say sorry can't do it then under guarantee.

Depends, in some cases you may get charged to fix it obviously, nobody works for free. If you bought it brand new then sometimes they will fix it for free if its just something that went wrong (i.e. Not damaged)
- Will apple replace my iphone if? So i got a iphone 4s on craigslist. And they told me the led flash won't turn off. And it doesn't even when i power it off. But i looked on apple.com and entered serial number and it still has warranty till 2014. Will they replace the iphone 4s. Or do i have to have them transfer the warranty to me or does it not matter?
