Will Apple replace or repair my iPhone 5?
Alright, here's the story.
I purchased a black iPhone 5 off of amazon about a year ago July. Upon receiving the phone I connected it to iTunes and a picture of a white iPhone appeared by the details of the phone. I was sort of confused, so i did a little researching and discovered that the phone I had purchased was originally a white iPhone 5. Meaning that it now was built of third party parts. I was a little upset and wanted my money back to get an authentic iPhone, but big surprise, the seller of the phone never answered my emails. But now on the the actual question. I recently cracked the screen of the phone, and I was wondering if apple would repair it, considering it is made out of third party parts. I'm not expecting them to do it for free, just need to know if they will do anything.

For a cost I'm sure they would repait it, but if it won't work because of the other fake parts that would be reason for them to say they aren't going to mess with it.

- Will Apple take back or repair/replace my iphone 4 if I bought it around Christmas? I got it around Christmas since my samsung intensity wouldn't hold a charge unless I had the right charger it liked. So I got the iphone 4 for Christmas because my dad wanted to see how id do with a smartphone. But since it came preinstalled with iOS 6.1.2,(Verizon store) I was wondering if it were to malfunction, could I get a new iphone 4? Or would they tell me to buy an entire new phone?

My iPhone came with overworn screws in iPhone, will Apple blame me for this even though I expressed my concern to Apple chat about being blamed and they said they would log it on the system? Also it has a dead pixel in the centre of the screen, will Apple repair or replace my phone or won't they touch it because of the screws Thanks!

Ok so in February 2017 I fell over in my chair (my friend was spinning me for some reason) and the armrest was right where my iPhone 6 was so it got bent… I can't add a picture but basically there's a small dent on the back and the bend is right below the volume buttons. I want to know if I'm eligible for the visual inspection to get it repaired or replaced by apple or if they will even do it at all? It does work except for airdrop.
