Will changing the logic board on an iphone 5s take it out of recovery mode?

My iphone 5s is stuck in recovery mode / DFU. Only get an apple symbol when put on charge which keep flickering on and off.

When trying to restore via itunes i keep gettin code 4005 or 3014. Would replacing the logic board fix this? If so would i need to replace any other components at the same time?

any other suggestions?

Looks like you don't really know what the logic board is.
The logic board IS the phone. So if you get another one, in a sense, it's like having a new phone.

Now, if the other logic board is not damaged, you'll be fine.

However, one BIG thing to worry about is Touch ID. The sensor itself and the logic board are very tightly integrated. If you replace the logic board, your Touch ID sensor won't work anymore. The home button itself will work fine, but not the the sensor. Take that into consideration prior to replacing it.

The logic board is in perfect condition and so is the SIM card, but it is the outer components that are requiring me to get a new phone. I want to just replace the logic board and SIM card from the new phone with my old ones. Is this possible? And once I receive the new phone, can I just install my original logic board and SIM card or should I try to activate the phone first?
