Will contacts save without SIM card?
I just got a used IPhone 6 and I want to put in the contacts so I can use it soon. I'm getting the SIM card tomorrow, so I was wondering if I put my contacts in now, would they be saved and still there when I put my card in?
Yes unless you do a full system restore that might delete contacts
Save to your cloud account just in case
Put your contacts in phone memory
Typically, you can save this stuff to the cloud, through Google contacts, or what have you.

IPhones (like most phones these days) store those on the phone's memory. So swapping a SIM has 0 effect.
