Will factory reseting my iphone 5 disconnect it?
I purchased a iphone 5 on Craigslist. It is still connected to the previous owners account. Will factory resetting it erase all connection settings. If not how can i reset all settings so i can connect it to my own account?
Yes… If you reset it to factory settings it will erase everything on the phone. You can either reset it on your computer by clicking on restore or on your phone go to Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content and Settings. The second way is faster because you don't need your computer.
