The odds are probably yes. Especially since you already have a prior issue with law enforcement. My advice to you would be to return it and apoligies. Even if you do get in trouble you will be doing the right thing and at some point you have to learn to take responcibility for your actions.

Basically I have an iphone 3 and before the camera worked fine but now when i load it it takes ages for the grey shutter to open than usual and then when i press the take picture it just goes back to the grey shutter and then reopens after like 30 seconds.
