Will I lose data if I change my broken front screen from my iPhone? Read description?

Will it delete if I assemble my iPhone's broken screen?
I can't backup my phone to iTunes because my computer is has full memory.
And I have a lot of important and personal stuff on my iPhone.
I seen YouTube videos on how to do it but they just don't say I it would erase or not.
If you done it before can you tell me if it erases memory or data of my phone.
I don't want it to go take it to fix it because it will cost me more.
Would it be better if I fix it myself or let it fix?

If you are just replacing the screen then no, the memory will not be effected.

The screen is not a storage device. When you replace the screen, your data is unaffected because the data is stored in flash memory of the phone, be it any.
