Will I lose everything if I restore my iPhone?
My iPhone is jailbroken and it messes up and annoys me a lot. And iOS 7 is coming soon, so I want to restore it. I've seen people say everything will be okay, and some say you will lose everything. I regularly sync my phone with my computer. If there's something special to do to save everything, what is it? I just want to make sure I don't lose my pictures and contacts and all that good stuff.
Just backup to icloud. Go to http://www.icloud.com/...icloud.com and you can sign on and see what you have backed up, etc. Its pretty slick and many don't know you can view it from the URL.
- Will syncing my iphone on my new mac make me lose everything? I just bought a macbook air and i have my family's pc desktop also. I want to put everything from my iphone music, contacts, etc.onto my macbook air without having it getting deleted. I want to be able to put songs from my air onto my iphone. In the end I want to put everything from my iphone into my Macbook airs itunes, without loading my whole family's library on it as well.

But then something happened with my laptop and i needed to get it reformat-ed which in result i LOST EVERY THIING NO. Anyways I had to download a new itunes. And i'm not sure if everything in my iphone would get deleted…
