Sure it will. Prices of high tech items are the highest at the time of their intro into the market. This is called skimming wherein the top creamy layer of the market that has money and lust for new products grabs the stuff. Then prices are lowered for major no.of buyer and finally dropped rock bottom before exiting. So eventually iPhone 4 prices will come down.
