Will jailbreaking my iPhone 4S allow unlimited in App purchases?
I've heard yes. Also was wondering if it negatively affects my iphone other than voiding warranty? Also what program is best for jailbreaking? I'm running 7.0.2

Let's start from the beginning
We all know that jailbreaking your iDevice will void the warranty but it has no adverse effect on the device. You can install as many tweaks you want but beware when installing a bunch of appearance modifiers, as Winterboard they often tend to slow down your device due to higher than normal RAM usage. It is commonly seen on older devices. Unlimited In-App purchases, it is kind of true, I've tried iApFree on many games and applications and it worked fine for me. It generally works on the most common applications and games. I used it on Real Racing 3 and it really works. But do not expect to get free balance on Skype, Viber or any VoiP App because it won't work. If you're going to use it for games, it's fine.
You definetely should try evasi0n, that's the best software for jailbreaking iOS 7+ devices. You can download it for free on their website. It is available for Mac and PC

We all know that jailbreaking your device will not void the warranty since you can easily restore without leaving behind traces.
Go ahead and jailbreak your iPhone 4S on iOS 7 using Evasi0n on http://www.evasion.com. If you don't like the jailbreak for no particular reason you can restore your device and get rid of it.
Once you're done, go to Cydia.
Go to Manage, sources, edit, add source and type in: http://www.sinfuliphonerepo.com
Now go to search, and type in: locallappstore
Download. Respring.
Go to settings, scroll down, click locallappstore and turn it on.
Now this doesn't work on the really big apps, where it's protected by servers because it will have a serious impact on either someone's wallet or the enjoyment of others.
It does work on apps like Fruit Ninja, Poker, etc
