Will metal be in iphone 4s when updated to ios 8?

Ios is coming out and I'm really confused with metal like I understand what it does but will it be on iphone 4S when I update to ios 8 because the iPhone 4s have a A5 chip and it said it is compatible with A7 chip so with it be compatible with A5 chip?

You can install iOS 8 now if you register your device's UDID with a developer account through a site like http://www.udid.in/. It's $5, and then you can try the new OS before everyone else. That's how I got it on my 4s.

You can use iOS 8 on the iPhone 4S no problem, it may be a little slower than the 5S but it will be fine. You are welcome to try it by getting a UDID activation for iOS 8. You can always go back to iOS 7 if you don't like it. Just a heads up though you probably will not be able to use the iOS 9 beta on it, you should upgrade to the iPhone 6 when it comes out in the fall!
