Will my blackberry SIM card work in an iPhone?
I have a blackberry 9790 on a 2 year contract and I got it in march 2012. I really want an iPhone but I can't take out a new contract with an iPhone because it will cost too much to end my contract I have now. Anyway, my sister has an iPhone 4 and has already upgraded to the iPhone 5 and said I can have her old one but I don't want to take out a new sim card on pay as you go otherwise I'll have to keep topping up on that phone and continue paying £20 a month for my blackberry. So can I use my blackberry sim in the iPhone 4? Both phones are on O2 so It doesn't need to be unlocked. But I really want an iPhone! Anyone know anything!

No, iPhones don't use a SIM card, they have a slightly smaller version of a SIM called a micro SIM card, which looks like this: 
However, you can trim a full size SIM to the right size because the gold patch on the SIM is still the same size.
What Ben said is correct. Though I know over here in Canada Blackberry and Iphones use a different type of data and require different types of plans. Usually you can call in and they are able to just switch it over to be compatible with the type you need. Also, here you can purchase the proper sized sim card ($10) and activate it on your current contract right at the store.
