Will my passcode be removed if I backup and restore my iPhone?
So my dad put a passcode on my iPhone4… I have the phone but it has a passcode… Can I crack the passcode with ios7? Is there anyway?
Or I have a computer synced with the phone… Can I make a backup and restore?
If I do so passcode will be removed? And if yes… Then how can I get the same passcode back?
so that my doesn't know that I used my iPhone!
Or can I unlock the passcode somehow using iTunes?
No possible way of doing that unless you know the password. Try restoring it if you can't do that then put your iphone in recovery mode or dfu mode then you can probably restore it if you don't know how to do that just google it
- When you restore an iphone from itunes backup does it restore messages? I need to restore my iPhone 4S in iTunes, will I lose my messages or will it leave the messages from my most recent back up?
- Is there anyway I can bypass my passcode on my iPhone 4 or it's a 5 I'm not sure but I can't remember the passcode but I need it I know you can restore but I don't want to do that because I don't think I have the computer I backed it up to back then. And i don't know what update this is. Like I haven't see the emergency button there at all in any videos

Is there anything I can do to get them back on my phone (they are still on my iPad mini), without using my Mac?
- Iphone asking me for a passcode to install update. I never set up a passcode. Options? I just tried to update my iphone to 7.1.1 and i'm being asked for a passcode. I never set one up, but entered what I would have made it, and now have a message saying "FAILED. One more attempt". What happens if I get this final attempt wrong? How do I continue with update if I can't remember this passcode?
