Will no-contract iPhone 6 for Tmobile work on other GSM phones?
I'm thinking of buying iPhone six with full price, without a contract. I understand that this will be sim locked to T-Mobile. How/when can I get it unlocked from T-Mobile? When I travel internationally not sure how this is gonna work out!
If you buy it full price without a contract it comes unlocked.
Don't buy at Tmobile, Pay full price for unlocked from the Applestore-same price. Then you can use on any network you want. Best luck.
Apparently they are not locked in this case, though in previous instances contract free did not mean unlocked.
- Would siriport iOS 6 work on iPhone 4 (6.0.1) GSM? My friend is trying to install siri on his jailbroken iPhone 4. We've installed siriport original iOS 6, and it shows up in the settings, but holding the home button only pops up voice control. Even after a tethered reboot, it still doesn't launch siri. - Unlocking iphone 4S effects for other gsm providers outside US Brought a iphone 4S in US as i'm shifting to another country permanently i want to get my phone unlocked to all gsm connections outside US I will not install 3rd party apps just want to use an another gsm that's all.
