Will replacing my existing laptop hard drive affect my iTunes/iPhone?
I'm pretty sure I already know the answer but with me possibly losing my data from the main 2 devices I use in life I want to be sure.
I've made a system image using windows 7's built-in backup software and will be replacing my faulty hard drive with a larger capacity new one. Seeing as it's a full system image it should save all the iTunes program data, settings, media (songs/videos) and iPhone backup shouldn't it?
I think its all down to what settings you ticked when you did the image.
Personally i would specifically backup those areas from your current drive you are most worried about.
From personal experience, reliance on supposed backups, its worth the extra time as security and peace of mind to do.
- What place can recover hard drive data from a dead iPhone 4? My phones battery circuitry short circuited from water damage. So my iPhone can't charge and is completely out of battery. Is there any place that can take out the hard drive and recover the data (music, contacts, pictures) and put it on my current phone?

- Possible to switch iphone 6 hard drive into iphone 6s harddrive? (for more memory space)? So I've broken my old iphone 6 which had way more storage than this new one, and I was wondering if I can change the hard drives or whatever holds the memory from phone to phone. I did buy an iPhone 6s so I'm not sure if the iphone 6 and 6s has different hardwares or whatever. But just curious.
