The only way you'll have a problem is if you don't get your iPhone's UDID registered on a site like http://www.instantudid.com/.It's $5 and they register your UDID with an Apple developer account. If you don't do this, Apple will disable your device for running unauthorized firmware.
No, you can always revert back to iOS 6 anyway by putting the phone into DFU mode and clicking Restore in iTunes.
