Will the iphone 5 price go down when the iphone 6 is released?
I'm not talking about brand new from the apple store, but a second hand iphone 5 like from ebay or second hand phone shops etc.

Used phone don't guarantee price cuts, it depends on the person selling it. Old phones do have price cuts when newer versions come out and if they are in a huge stock, definitely.
Depends on what the seller wants in terms of price. Usually they would since if they kept the price up no one would bother with it.

I heard that the iPhone 4S will go down in price $100 everywhere because of the iPhone 5. So, if I use my upgrade after the iPhone 5, will my discounted price be $99 instead of $199?
